Maximize - Minimize fix

When your chat screen will only go Full Maximize or Minimized only

When Minimized, right click the messenger in the toolbar.

Then select move, then using arrows on keyboard,

Click the up arrow and left arrows until the chat screen comes back. then resize as you need.

This happens to a lot of people on many programs.
